Introduction:

Department Of Orthodontics And Dentofacial Orthopedics CSMSS Aurangabad, came into existence in 1991, and has been catering to the needs of the central Maharashtra population since then
The postgraduate course was started in 2007 under the guidance of Dr. Jeevan Khatri and Dr Suchita Daokar.
The department, headed by the Dr Jeevan Khatri, boasts of an up to date inventory, which includes the latest materials, sterilization protocols, well maintained - fully equipped dental units and state of the art equipments

OUR VISION:

To make the Department of Orthodontics as a world leader in academic and clinical orthodontics through excellence in our teaching, research, service/engagement, and patient care programs.

SCOPE:

Under the able guidance of the Head of the department, most of the contemporary Orthodontic procedures including the Begg's Mechanics, Preadjusted Edgewise Appliances and Tip Edge are routinely practiced.
Newer orthodontic techniques using micro implants and orthognathic surgeries, have been implemented with success.
Quality service to all strata of patients with contemporary orthodontic techniques is the underlying principle of the department, which can be seen, by the overflowing number of patients undergoing and seeking treatment as work satisfaction is the goal by creation of beautiful smiles as WORK IS WORSHIP.
