World Oral Health Day - One month awareness campaign

Department of Public Health Dentistry celebrated World Oral Health 2026. One month awareness campaign was organized from 18th March to 21st April 2026. The theme of the event was - A Happy Mouth is A Life Life. In this one month awareness campaign Display of Banners and Drawings made by students was done in the reception area of Dental college. The Selfie booth was decorated to enhance social engagement of patients and students. Drawing and essay writing competition were organised for students and pledge ceremony for oral health professionals and patients was conducted . A walkathon was organised to motivate the students and staff. Oral health awareness, checkup and treatment with fluoride application camps were conducted at various locations. Health talk and Brushing technique demonstration for patients was also included.
