The Department of Periodontology celebrated National Periodontist Day on 27th February 2026. The Department conducted a lecture on the topic of Soft and Hard Tissue Management in the Anterior Aesthetic Zone by our Alumni Dr. Rutuj Surana, along with a demonstration of Implant Placement on Goat Jaw. Our Dean Dr. Lata Kale, our Vice Dean Dr. Sadashiv Daokar, all the HODs and the ICs of various departments graced the occasion by their presence. Dr. Kishor Mahale, GDC, Chh. Sambhajinagar is also graced the occasion as MSDC Representative. Dr. Maya Mhaske, Head of Periodontology welcomed all the dignitaries. All departmental staff, PGs and interns posted in the department actively participated in conducting the program
